नए बिज़नेस के लिए टेक्निकल पार्टनर

Not every good business idea arrives with the cash to pay for software up front. Some of the best ones do not. So alongside ordinary paid projects, we work with founders on models where we carry some of the risk with you — deferred payment, revenue share, or equity as a technical partner.

To be clear about why we do this: it is not charity and it is not a discount scheme. When we take a stake instead of a fee, we are betting on your business, which means we look at it much harder than a vendor would and stay involved long after a paid project would have ended.

We also work white-label for agencies and freelancers who have won a project bigger than their own team can deliver. Your client relationship stays yours; we build under your name.

What we actually bring beyond writing code

We run our own products in production, not just client work — SoftDigi Speech AI & Bots and the HealthGoods Medical Hub. That means we have made the decisions a new venture faces: what to build first, what to leave out, how to keep server costs sane before there is revenue, what breaks at the point real users arrive. When we take a stake in your business, that experience is the part that is actually worth something. The code is the easy half.

Ways we can work together

Fixed-price project

The normal arrangement. Agreed scope, agreed price in writing, milestone payments. No stake, no strings — most of our work is this.

Milestone / deferred payment

For founders with real capital arriving later. A smaller amount up front, the rest spread across milestones or deferred to an agreed date. Lower risk for you than a full payment, and no equity given away.

Revenue share

We build for a reduced fee plus an agreed percentage of revenue for a fixed period, capped and written down. Suits businesses that will earn money soon but cannot fund the build now.

Equity / technical partner

For a small number of ventures where we take a stake and act as the technical side of the founding team. We stay involved past launch — building, running the infrastructure, and making product calls with you.

White-label for agencies

You hold the client, we build behind your brand. Useful for designers and marketers who have sold a project that needs engineering, and for agencies handling an overflow month.

Ongoing technical advisor

For founders who already have a developer but nobody to sanity-check architecture, hosting costs and hiring. A monthly retainer, no build attached.

Is this a fit?

Being straight about this saves us both time.

Likely a good fit

  • You have a specific problem and can name who has it
  • You are committed — this is your main effort, not a side experiment
  • You are willing to launch something small and improve it
  • You will handle the business side: customers, sales, operations
  • You are comfortable putting the arrangement in writing

Probably not a fit

  • You want an app built for free with a vague promise of profit later
  • You cannot describe who would pay for this and why
  • You want to build everything at once before showing anyone
  • You are looking for someone to run the business as well as build it
  • The plan depends on a specific investor who has not committed yet

How the risk splits

Every arrangement is written down before work begins, including what happens if it does not work out. Anyone offering you a partnership on a handshake is doing you no favours.

Paid Project

Fixed fee

You have the budget and want it built properly

  • Agreed scope and fixed written price
  • Milestone payments
  • Full ownership: code, accounts, domain
  • No equity, no revenue share
  • Optional support plan afterwards

Shared Risk

Reduced fee + revenue share

Revenue is coming but not yet; you want to preserve cash

  • Lower up-front cost
  • Agreed revenue percentage, capped and time-limited
  • You keep full ownership and control
  • Clear written exit terms
  • We stay available through the earning period

Technical Partner

Equity, discussed case by case

Early ventures that need a technical co-founder, not a vendor

  • We take a stake instead of most of the fee
  • Ongoing product and architecture involvement
  • Server and infrastructure costs handled
  • Long-term commitment, not a delivery
  • Selective — we can only do a few of these at a time

Frequently asked questions

Kya aap sach me equity pe kaam karte hain?
For a small number of ventures, yes. We can only take on a few at a time, because a stake means staying involved for years rather than delivering and moving on. Most collaborations end up being milestone or revenue-share arrangements instead, which is usually better for the founder too — you keep your equity.
Kitna equity maangte hain?
There is no fixed number. It depends on how much of the build we carry, how early you are, and how long we stay involved. We would rather quote you a fair cash price than take equity, and we will tell you when that is the better deal for you.
Main agency chalata hoon. White-label kaam ho sakta hai?
Yes, and we do a fair amount of it. Your client stays your client — we do not contact them, and everything ships under your brand. Useful when you have sold something bigger than your team, or when an overflow month arrives.
Aap kaise decide karte hain kis project pe partner banenge?
Mainly two things: can you clearly say who has the problem and would pay to solve it, and are you actually committed. We are far less interested in how impressive the idea sounds than in whether the person bringing it will still be working on it in a year.
Main Balaghat se nahi hoon. Partnership possible hai?
Yes. We work with founders across India remotely and are open all seven days, which makes scheduling around a day job workable. For an equity arrangement we would want to meet in person at least once, in Balaghat or wherever is practical.
Agar baat nahi bani to kya hota hai?
That is written into the agreement before we start — what you keep, what we keep, and how either side exits. You always retain the domain, accounts and code you have paid for. We would rather have that conversation at the beginning than during a dispute.
Kya aap idea pe NDA sign karenge?
Yes, just ask before the detailed discussion. We will also be honest that execution matters far more than secrecy — but it is your idea and your call.

Let's talk

If you have an idea and no budget, say so directly on the first call. It is a normal conversation for us, and we will tell you plainly which model fits — or that none does.
